Social Media Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage ourcsocial media presence, execute content strategies, and build a strong online community. Thecideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content posting, webinar hosting,ccalendar planning, and driving brand visibility and follower growth.

Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels
- Content Posting & Scheduling:
- Execute daily/weekly posting schedules
- Optimize posts for engagement and reach
- Social Media Calendar:
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar
- Align content with marketing campaigns, events, and brand goals
- Webinar Hosting:
- Plan, coordinate, and host webinars or live sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external speakers
- Promote webinars across platforms to maximize attendance
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of campaigns, content plans, and performance reports
- Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights
- Community Building:
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly
- Build and nurture an active online community
- Monitor feedback and maintain positive brand interactions
- Growth & Brand Visibility:
- Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement
- Improve brand awareness and online presence
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with webinar tools and hosting
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
