Performance Marketer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize
online marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
Meta Ads, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in performance-based marketing, data analysis, and lead generation for
B2B clients. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and improving ROI
through well-targeted and optimized campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple
platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, focused on B2B lead
generation. - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
to drive campaign strategy. - Optimize ad creatives, budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize
performance. - Track KPIs and prepare reports on campaign performance, identifying areas
for improvement. - Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure compelling creatives
and landing pages. - Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in performance
marketing. - Deliver measurable results aligned with business goals and marketing ROI.
Skills Required
- A strong understanding of how performance marketing fits into the broader
digital marketing strategy. - Experience in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and
conversion tracking. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and innovative marketing approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to present performance data clearly to stakeholders.
- Creative ad copywriting and landing page insight.
