Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience in selling SaaS / IT products. This is an inbound + outbound sales role focused on lead qualification, product pitching, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and experience handling global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for SaaS / AI products
  • Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns)
  • Understand client requirements and position cybersecurity SaaS solutions effectively
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain CRM data and track the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve lead conversion
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS / IT product sales
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Experience in selling AI-based or cybersecurity products is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical IT products and explain them to non-technical clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
