Project Manager
Job Description
Qualysec Technologies is seeking a self-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Penetration testing projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and seniors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison between teams, leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources to meet project goals.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT security protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
Skills Required
- 5-10 years of experience in project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, APIs) is preferred.
- Experience in advanced exploitation techniques and red teaming engagements.
