AI Developer Lead

Qualysec Technologies is looking for an experienced and innovative AI Developer Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and software architecture, along with leadership skills to guide a small but growing AI team.
This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- 1. AI Solution Development
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications
- Build scalable AI systems and APIs for production environments
- Work on NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, or Generative AI solutions
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
- 2. Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor AI developers and junior engineers
- Define AI architecture, best practices, and coding standards
- Review code and ensure quality, security, and performance compliance
- Collaborate with DevOps for model deployment and CI/CD integration
- 3. Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with latest AI advancements (LLMs, Transformers, RAG, etc.)
- Conduct feasibility analysis for new AI initiatives
- Convert research ideas into production-ready solutions
- 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, cybersecurity, and engineering teams
- Translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions
Skills Required
- 1. Programming & Frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras
- Experience with Scikit-learn
- Hands-on with REST APIs and backend frameworks (Next js, React, Firebase, etc)
- 2. AI & ML Knowledge
- Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
- Deep Learning & Neural Networks
- NLP (Transformers, LLMs, RAG) & agent
- Model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Data preprocessing & feature engineering
- 3. Cloud & Deployment
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Model deployment using Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipeline integration
- Experience with vector databases is a plus
- 4. Database & Tools
- SQL / NoSQL Databases
- Git version control
- MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI-driven cybersecurity solutions (preferred for security firms)
- Experience in building SaaS AI products
- Strong system design & architecture experience
