Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the successful adoption of our products/services. Your goal will be to enhance customer retention and identify opportunities for growth within the existing client base

Any Graduates/ BBA/MBA in Marketing
Experience
3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance.
- Proactive Support: Monitor client usage and engagement, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.
- Renewals and Upselling: Collaborate with the sales team to manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client status, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Skills Required
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and provide practical solutions.
- Empathy: Ability to understand client needs and foster trust-based relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
