Job Title: HR Executive
We are looking for HR Executive in our Human Resourcing team who will be responsible for handling HR Operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration. Your expertise in HR policies and procedures, along with your ability to foster a positive work environment, will be crucial in supporting our employees and promoting our company culture.

- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws. Enroll the new employees in EPFO & ESI portal.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to facilitate their integration into the company.
- Attends to employee grievances and complaints regarding attendance, salary and provides guidance if necessary.
- Conduct performance reviews, set performance goals, and develop performance improvement plans as needed.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams on HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Qualification:- MBA in HR, Graduate in relevant field
Years of Experience:- 2 to 5 Years
